Are things in this country so bad that a high-end hotel chain has to rent conference space to a pro-Sharia group such as Hizb ut-Tahrir?

I would have thought Hilton had higher standards than that.  The excuse for this  extreme lack of good judgment (and I am being soooo kind), is that they cannot discriminate against this group by refusing to rent the space to them.  I worked for Marriott and I can assure you that if I found out our property allowed this scum on-site, I would have quit.  And I am dead f***ing serious.

If you’re so damned “concerned” about offending the ever-so-pristine pro-jihad Hizb ut-Tahrir, LIE THROUGH YOUR FREAKIN’ TEETH!!!  How ’bout “Oh, I am sooo sorry Mr. Whatever.  We have two conferences booked for that same day.  But, gosh darnit, ya sure can try again next year, uh huh.”  From what I understand, they had already been turned down when they tried to book elsewhere.

I think that particular Hilton is hurting because the economy all over the Midwest sucks and they will take anyone who can cough up the cash.

I hope the people of the town in which this property is located protest like crazy.  I hope they call for a boycott of Hilton if this is how the company is going to conduct itself in the future.

Lastly, I would like the Sales Director of that property to have to look every family member of a 9/11 victim, every local veteran of the Iraq & Afghanistan war, and every child/husband/wife/mother/father of a soldier who died protecting their right to be that damned stupid, and tell them why money means more than they do.
