Obama is going to owe me a liver…I am taking so many Ibuprofen lately that it has to be on the verge of collapse.

If you have read anything about me, you know I am by no means a Roman Catholic.  I am definitely not a rabid pro-lifer.  As a matter of fact, I would probably be struck by lightning if I even tried to enter St. Patrick’s Cathedral.  However, I do believe that everyone has a right to follow their God or Goddess in their own way without Government interference as long as no child or animal is harmed.

That being said, I am in COMPLETE disagreement with Obama’s decision to speak at Notre Dame.  Come to find out he will not only give a commencement speech, but he will use some of the time to “address the issue” his appearance has created.  If I were a parent of one of the 2009 Notre Dame graduates “blood would shoot out of my eyeballs” (to paraphrase one of my favorite people – Glenn Beck).  Barack, sweety, it is not always all about you.  I know that is hard to accept, honey, but you need to take a step back and act like a President of the United States of America.  You will have plenty of time to promote yourself after you lose in 2012 🙂  Let these families have their moment in the sun.

I thought I had seen it all until I turned on the TV last night.  Barack Obama commemorative sneakers, a Barack Obama backpack and (if you act NOW) a Barack Obama basketball.  You’re kidding…right?  Okay, whose acid flashback am I now living?  The kicker is that there is a clip of an Obama speech at the opening of the commercial and photos of he and Michelle walking in the Inaugural Parade!!!  good Lord….

uh oh.  15 minutes to Advil.  must go to Kmart.  definitely Kmart.  i’m an excellent driver…
